Our residential property management services include but are not limited to:

  • Collection of all rents.
  • Administering the accounts on behalf of the Client.
  • Reporting to the Client on a monthly basis.
  • Setting up a discreet Client account for all transactions if necessary.
  • Taking care of the day to day management of the property, including ensuring all maintenance and repair items are seen to in a timely manner, arranging a/c servicing, bug spraying and any other items the Client or Tenant brings to our attention (the Client is responsible for paying all outside vendors).
  • Inspecting the property on a regular basis to ensure it is being kept in good condition.
  • When a tenant vacates, check the inventory as applicable and ensure all outgoings are met by the tenant before releasing the security deposit.
  • Arranging cleaning of the property pre and post-tenancy as required.
  • Available 24/7 to deal with emergency situations should they arise.
  • Pay the Clients outgoings to Strata etc., as necessary, as instructed.
  • Hold a set of keys to the property.
